1. Services
SuiteFix provides professional residential cleaning services including deep cleans, eco-friendly maintenance, and specialized add-ons. All services are performed by vetted professionals using company-approved environmental products. Service scope is defined at the time of booking and confirmed via electronic communication.
2. Payments
Quotes provided through our online platform are estimates based on standard residential requirements. Final pricing may be adjusted based on the actual condition of the residence. Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and secure electronic payments.
3. Cancellations
SuiteFix requires at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated service value. We appreciate your respect for our professionals' time.
4. Liability
SuiteFix is fully bonded and insured. While we take extreme care during our residential cleaning services, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear or improper installation of fixtures in the client's home.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from SuiteFix services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, TX.
